Our fees to tenants offer great value at £125 per tenant, to cover preparation of documents and referencing. When you have decided on your next home we will ask you for a holding deposit of 1 week's rent and our fee and reserve the property for you. If for any reason you do not meet the referencing criteria your holding deposit will be returned along with % of the fee within 7 days.
